By accessing or using UnscramblePro (the “service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the service.

2. Description of service

UnscramblePro is a free, web-based word-solving platform that provides tools for unscrambling letters, finding anagrams, solving word puzzles, and browsing word information. The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the service's infrastructure.
• Scrape, mirror, or systematically extract data from the service without permission.
• Use automated scripts to bypass rate limits or access endpoints not intended for public use.
• Misrepresent the service or imply an endorsement by UnscramblePro.

4. Word list and definitions licensing

The word list used by UnscramblePro is derived from open linguistic corpora (including the Brown corpus and the NLTK words list) that permit non-commercial use. Definitions shown on word pages are either curated original entries written by UnscramblePro contributors or are absent entirely. We do not scrape or republish proprietary dictionary content.

Scrabble is a registered trademark of its respective owners. UnscramblePro is not affiliated with or endorsed by any word game manufacturer. References to Scrabble, Wordle, or other word games on this site are for descriptive purposes only.

5. Intellectual property

The UnscramblePro name, logo, source code, design, and original content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from the service without explicit permission, except for the limited fair-use quotations permitted by applicable law.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that word results will be valid in any particular word game.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UnscramblePro and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service.

8. Changes to the service and terms

We may modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms periodically; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
